Skaters have infiltrated the Greenwich Village Halloween Parade in small groups from year to year, but in 1999 we made an effort to go en masse. Members of the Empire Skate Club met up with Central Parks Dance Skaters, Blade Nighters, and others at Union Square just before the parade, and then it was off to the Village to join the fun.
