Friday, June 5th through Sunday, June 7th, 1998
Thousands of skaters attended the Liberty Skate Weekend festivities which included group skates, slalom, and dance lessons and demos, speed skating clinics, raffles, braking lessons, and much more. The weekend peaked on Sunday with the MS Society's Super Roll II for MS.
The Empire Skate Club thanks the Central Park Dance Skaters Association, the MS Society of New York, Empire Speed/Miller Sports, the Central Park Skate Patrol, and the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation for all their help and cooperation!
