Practicing yoga since 2014, Sara Bridge, completed her 200 hour teacher training through Yoga Shunya in May 2017.  Following instructors with an Anusara/Iyengar background, her practice follows a modern-day Hatha yoga system that centers on precise and healthy alignment. 

“Flow” with Sara is a beginner to intermediate class. Join her in strength-building, fine-tuning your alignment, and connecting with yourself on a deeper level. She strives to create a pressure and judgment free environment, where everyone feels open to ask questions and try new things. We often begin with child’s pose and breath-work followed by basic sun-salutations, working towards an highlighted pose. Options for everyone. 

Please bring your own towel, mats, props, water bottles or whatever you might need. We looking forward to yoga-ing together!
